10 Years of Wimmer machine transport in Sulzemoos

Ten years ago, Wimmer Maschinentransporte moved into the Felbermayr site in Sulzemoos together with Hagn Umwelttechnik. What began back then as an important step in the development of the company is now an important location for national and international projects. The convenient location near Munich offers ideal conditions for assignments in industry, plant engineering and heavy-duty logistics.

Sulzemoos hub 
“For ten years, Sulzemoos has been saying: “We make it work.” What began in 2016 with the relocation of Feldgeding has developed into a strong location for industrial assembly and heavy cargo storage within a decade. This was made possible by our employees, who, with experience, commitment and team spirit, create solutions every day that our customers can rely on,” says Managing Director Holger Stegmann with appreciation for his team.

Growing together The tenth 
anniversary was celebrated as part of a summer party. In addition to employees from Wimmer Maschinentransporte, friends, families and Sulzemoos Mayor Johannes Kneidl also took part. In his speech, he acknowledged the development of the company at the location and its importance for the region. The focus on this day was on the people who have built up, shaped and made Sulzemoos what the location is today. Together, they looked back at projects, memories and the development of the location.

Solidarity as a basis 
“On a day like this, in addition to figures, projects or milestones, it's primarily about the people who have shaped this location over many years. I would like to thank you very much for that. This anniversary is a good moment to look back, but also to look ahead with confidence,” says Stegmann. The anniversary came to a convivial end with good food and in a relaxed atmosphere. The evening offered space for personal discussions and shared memories of ten successful years at the Sulzemoos site.
