Technology and Assembly Equipment

We are equipped with specialized forklifts that allow us to safely lift and transport heavy loads up to 16 tons. With these heavy-duty forklifts, we can meet a variety of assembly requirements.
Our experienced forklift operators undergo specialized training and possess the skills necessary to accurately position heavy loads and maneuver in tight workspaces. This enables us to maximize the efficiency of our assembly work and ensure safety at the construction site.
The Twinlift mobile crane can handle loads of up to 75 tonnes without additional support. Thanks to a telescopic counterweight, it ensures the necessary stability. Its double boom design allows for a short attachment, making it especially suitable for low-clearance facilities. Moreover, its compact dimensions and high maneuverability allow for easy operation even in small spaces.
Our lifting frames are designed to lift loads of up to 750 tonnes with precision and safety. These powerful devices are often indispensable for demanding industrial installations where heavy machinery or plant components need to be moved. Lifting frames can be utilized in a variety of assembly scenarios, including machine installations in factories, construction site setups, and transportation of heavy components over short or long distances.
Our arsenal of special equipment includes advanced technologies such as air cushion transport systems and motorized stair climbers. Air cushion systems can be used to transport heavy loads very easily. This transport system is often used for heavy-duty transport of machines and objects with irregular dimensions. Air cushion transport systems are ideal for moving production machines or, for example, printing presses, presses, industrial ovens or sorting systems. Air cushion transport systems are often a good alternative to lifting equipment such as forklifts, cranes and other rolling transport devices and have proven themselves even under the toughest conditions.
